Domestic and international shipping charges are based on weight and destination, and the delivery speed selected during checkout.
Can I return a book or other product purchased from the NASPA Bookstore?
We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from NASPA. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, return the product in unmarked, unaltered, and saleable condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). The cost of shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged products must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Please do not return the product for a refund. We will issue a replacement. When requesting a return, please contact the NASPA Bookstore directly to initiate the return process. (orders@btpubservices.com or call 202-265-7500, option 4)
When returning products, please include a copy of the invoice in the package with the returned product(s), and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returns package by traceable means to:

I am a bookseller and received damaged items. How can these be returned?
Please contact the Bookstore directly (orders@btpubservices.com or call 202-265-7500, option 4) to initiate a return. The cost of shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer. Booksellers needing to return damaged items can ship them with traceable means to:

Please note for booksellers that the following applies to your return:
- Returns for credit must be received within 180 days of invoice date.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice.
- Products must be in unmarked, unaltered, and saleable condition.
- Claims for damaged or short shipments must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- No returns will be accepted for credit from any customer who has not purchased books directly from NASPA.
Can I return an eBook or digital product?
Due to the digital nature of the product, e-books are non-refundable and non-returnable.
I am a faculty member interested in using a publication for my course. How do I receive an examination copy of a book?
Requests for examination copies should be e-mailed to: orders@btpubservices.com. Please include the following information in your request:
- The title you are requesting and ISBN number
- The course name and number
- When the course will be taught
- The name of the professor(s) teaching the course
How do I purchase a subscription to a NASPA journal?

How do I access an eBook I purchased?
After purchasing an eBook or other downloadable product, the final step in the checkout process takes you to an order summary page that contains a link to your download. You can also access your eBook or other downloadable product via the NASPA website by logging in to your account and checking My Downloads.
