Still having trouble with resetting your password or logging in to your account? Try these steps!
- Try closing your browser and restarting it before logging in again or using it in Incognito/Private mode. It could be an issue with your browser's cookies or cache preventing you from successfully resetting your password or logging in.
- Double check the e-mail you're using. It could be possible your account may be using an older e-mail or a different one. (i.e. A personal email as opposed to your work email)
- Double check that you have an account with us. If you have ever had a membership, attended an event, purchased a publication, or been involved with NASPA in any way, you likely have an account with us already. Click here to search and see if you have an account with us.
- If you are using your work e-mail as your NASPA e-mail account, please be sure to double check the Spam/Junk folder of your e-mail account as your Institution's Security Settings may block the e-mail by mistake. (We recommend adding "office@naspa.org" to your Safe Sender list)
- It could be possible that your account is currently inactive especially if it has been a while since your last login. If you are still unable to reset your password or log in to your account, please e-mail us at office@naspa.org or call us at 202-265-7500 for further assistance.
